privacy

What happens to what you send.

The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the contact form. It is used to reply to you, and for nothing else.

who is responsible

nrml.io, ABN 38 806 659 075, of Adelaide, South Australia. nrml handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

what is collected

When you use the contact form:

  • your name and email address;
  • your company, if you choose to give it;
  • which option you picked for what the enquiry is about;
  • your message.

Nothing else is collected about you. Visits to the site are counted in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying anyone.

how it is used

To read your enquiry and reply to it, and to keep a record of the conversation that follows. It is not added to a mailing list, not used for marketing, and not sold or passed to anyone else.

where it goes

The form sends your enquiry to nrml by email, through Resend, an email delivery service. The site is hosted by Vercel. Both are overseas providers, so your enquiry may pass through or be stored on servers outside Australia while it is delivered.

how long it is kept

For as long as the conversation needs it, and then only as long as business records have to be kept. Ask, and it will be deleted sooner wherever the law allows.

seeing, correcting or deleting it

Ask through the contact form to see what nrml holds about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You will get an answer.

if you have a concern

Raise it through the contact form first. If it is not resolved, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
